MICHAEL
DELMAR
CEO, President
Michael Delmar, founder of DELCAP in 2017, brings extensive experience in real estate investments across the Americas and Europe. His career began with Brookfield in Brazil and later on he moved to a senior executive position at the Canadian Federal Pension Fund. Delmar’s expertise spans origination, development, and asset management of diverse property types, supported by an MBA in finance from UFRJ.
